SHIPPING

For domestic shipments in the continental United States and Canada our standard method is USPS (United Parcel Service) or Canada Post. . Other services such as UPS are available but you would need to contact us for pricing and details.

For shipments outside of the United States or Canada we use Canada Post "Express Mail Service for necks and bodies " Express mail offers a tracking number as well as fast delivery and for smaller items like bridges, pickups and parts we use a expedited air service which has a standard delivery time of 6-10 business days.

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from butalacustomguitars.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States and Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Pricing

Shipping for items within USA or Canada  is calculated by size and weight of items ordered.  With the exception of small items that would fit in an envelope all orders will ship with a trackable service. Tracking info will be updated via email and available for viewing via online order status. Total cost for shipping when ordering will be calculated using the shipping calculator located in the shopping cart before checkout.

Some smaller item's like pickups, bridges etc qualify for free shipping in the USA and Canada or have a small charge depending on location and item, all shipping costs will be available via the calculator in the shopping cart before checkout.
